We offer indoor and outdoor workspace here on the farm to schools and other educational establishments.
Visits can be tailored to the key stage of your group. Curriculum links include all core subjects as well as options for foundation subjects.
A range of activities can be offered, these include:
- Farm walks
- Talks on food and farming
- Woodland walks
- Hands on activities exploring the natural world
- Arts and crafts
Pre-visits welcomed to ensure all student needs are met. Risk assessments in place to cover farm walk and additional activities.
Visits offered year round, Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.
On-site facilities – car parking, hand washing facilities, toilets, boot wash, indoor classroom/lunch space.
We are located 1 mile to the west of Loughborough and just off the M1
Junc23. Permissive footpaths access
the farm from the local area.
Visits charged at £150 per 2 hour session (max. group 25 children), please get in touch to
discuss larger groups. In some cases funding may be available to assist.
Group leader is CEVAS trained.
